This auction is for the 2001 Great Alaska Shootout Championship banner, which hung in the Bradley Center.

Own a piece of Marquette men's basketball history today by bidding on the championship banner from former MU superstar Dwyane Wade's breakout performance on the national stage.

Wade was named Most Oustanding Player of the Great Alaska Shootout after defeating Gonzaga, Tennessee and eventual NCAA Runner-up Indiana to claim the tournament title.

The current Miami Heat guard poured in a game-high 21 points and hit the game-winning bucket with 11 seconds remaining to beat Indiana and notched then-season highs in points (30) and assists (8) vs. the Vols

The banner measures roughly four feet wide by 10 feet long.

All proceeds from this auction benefit the Blue & Gold Scholarship Fund.
