| The winner of this experience will be provided two (2) tickets (location: Section 24A, Row 20, Seats 1 & 2) to the Ohio State vs. Nebraska Football game on Saturday, October 6, 2012 (Kickoff: 12:00 P.M. ET). The winner will also receive one(1) game day parking permit (location: Fawcett Center Lot), two (2) pre-game field access passes, two (2) Ohio State vs. Nebraska official game programs, two (2) floor passes/reserved seats to the Ohio State Marching Band's Skull Session and $40 dollars in “Brutus Bucks” (good at any Ohio Stadium concession stand). ** All winning auction bids placed by residents of the state of Ohio are subject to Ohio state sales tax (6.75%) ** Funds generated from this auction will directly benefit the student-athletes within The Ohio State University Department of Athletics. **DISCLAIMER: Winning bidder must be 21 years of age or older and must not be a prospective student-athlete according to NCAA Rules and Regulations. Winning bidder must be an Ohio State fan and supporter and must dress and act accordingly and in a professional and courteous manner while participating in this experience. At the sole discretion of The Ohio State University Department of Athletics, if at any time during the Experience the winning bidder is not acting in a professional and courteous manner, The Ohio State University Department of Athletics may end the Experience and no refund or additional services will be offered to the winning bidder whether or not the entire experience was completed. Winning bidder will be required to sign a Release of Claims waiver prior to participating.** |
